I recently visited Portland, Oregon Bridgetown Hobbies to pick up my copy of D&D Player Handbook 4th Edition and am weighing in on this new edition. I have been playing D&D since the blue box era (my local shop had the white box set, but the blue book pictures got me) - roughly 1977. And I still have my old copies of 1st, 2nd and 3rd edition (thanks mom, for not throwing my stuff away!). Sure, I need a new role-playing game like I need that extra 20 ounces of Coke from 7-11, but I just have to see how the game has changed - and changed it has! I just read that the Dark Crystal 2, named The Power of the Dark Crystal is under development and featuring a combination of puppets and computer animation. The original director and Brian Froud are both back on it.

No one remembers who lived here, except that they were arrested at least a year before. The house is showing signs of weathering and damage, and its clear the house was searched and ransacked. Much of the furnishings are broken or showing signs of mold damage. The house design is similar to other houses on Primrose lane, except that it features both front and back stone work steps. Although Elves are considered to be naturally magical, Elven wizards are a distinct breed because they pursue magical forms outside of what is considered the magical path of each individual Elven house - hence Elven wizards form a distinctive house of their own - the House of the Raven, after a creature of supernatural powers. Elven Ship-Wizards merely sit down in the seat of power, and can guide a ship without any crew at all - further, devices installed upon the ship can act as extensions of the wizard’s unique power. This elven wizard ship has wizard’s hands, which amplify and expand upon the streams of magical energy a wizard can use.
